We put in a maintenance request after having some issues with our heater and Angel showed up that same morning! He responded so quickly and was in and out and very kind and courteous. I had my baby and dog home and was feeling overwhelmed having to have someone come by, but he made it very easy. Thank you so much!

Angel came out today to fix my washer and did an excellent job. He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what the issue was, fixed it efficiently, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He was also very friendly and respectful, which made the whole experience stress-free. Really appreciate his help—great service all around!

The current maintenance and management team has been a huge improvement. Angel and Christian are professional, responsive, and helpful and my experience with them has been far better than with the previous team. Thank you for the great work.

Last Saturday, I went to look for an apartment at Cascadia. I must say, they were very professional! They guided me through a personal viewing. The units I looked at were very clean, well kept, and they answered my questions. As I continue my search, Cascadia is on my top 5 list. Thanks!

My Wife and i came in for a tour and we loved it! The property i well maintained and Christian and Angel were incredible.
